As an IT Support Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our IT environment. This involves providing support to users, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing solutions to enhance system efficiency.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and fix technical issues related to hardware and software.
Respond to and prioritize support tickets from users.
Support IT team in hardware upgrades and installations.
Offer user training for new software and systems.
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
Collaborate with vendors for technical support when needed.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with industry trends.
Requirements
Education
National Diploma in IT or related field
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is preferred
Experience
3+ years of experience in IT support preferably within a corporate environment
