Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our IT environment. This involves providing support to users, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing solutions to enhance system efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and fix technical issues related to hardware and software.
  • Respond to and prioritize support tickets from users.
  • Support IT team in hardware upgrades and installations.
  • Offer user training for new software and systems.
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
  • Collaborate with vendors for technical support when needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with industry trends.

Requirements

Education
  • National Diploma in IT or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support preferably within a corporate environment

Languages
  • English: Fluent
