Join our team as a Corporate Finance Manager where you will be responsible for financial reporting, market analysis, and strategic decision-making. You’ll ensure the integrity of financial data while driving growth initiatives and leading the finance team.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis functions, including budget preparation and variance analysis.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for financial management.
• Conduct detailed financial modeling for investment proposals.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate audits and manage relationships with external auditors.
• Drive initiatives to enhance the financial performance of the organization.
• Evaluate potential mergers and acquisitions to support growth strategies.
• Advise on financial implications of business decisions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance
• MBA in Finance is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in a finance management role
