As a Project Manager (Construction), you will be accountable for ensuring project milestones are met, maintaining quality standards, and managing teams effectively. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily project operations and report progress to the management team.
• Conduct feasibility assessments and risk analyses for upcoming projects.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and quality standards.
• Resolve conflicts and negotiate with contractors and suppliers.
• Implement project-specific safety and quality policies and procedures.
• Prepare project reports and manage communication with stakeholders.
• Resource planning for various phases of the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management

Technical Skills

• Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
• Building Codes and Regulations
