Job Description

We are seeking a Tax Consultant to join our vibrant team in Pretoria. You will be responsible for managing tax compliance for our diverse clientele, providing strategic tax advice, and assisting in tax planning and preparation. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of South African tax laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file tax returns for various client types.
• Provide strategic tax advisory services.
• Ensure all client files are compliant with tax legislation.
• Assist in tax audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Research and interpret tax laws to apply to client situations.
• Build and sustain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare periodic financial reports regarding tax obligations.
• Work with internal teams to deliver comprehensive services.
• Conduct educational seminars on tax compliance.
• Manage time efficiently to meet client deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Accounting or related field
• Honours in Taxation (preferred)

Experience

• 4+ years in tax consulting and compliance roles
