Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance metrics and KPIs.
• Develop accurate financial models for forecasting.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for management.
• Work closely with the finance team to optimize budgeting processes.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through financial analysis.
• Conduct variance analysis and report findings to management.
• Participate in the annual budgeting process.
• Assist in investment evaluations and financial planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a finance-related role

Technical Skills

• Forecasting
• Excel Proficiency

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Teamwork

Certifications

• CFA Level 1 (or higher)
• CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
