We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to work in Johannesburg, focused on streamlining operations and maximising efficiencies. The successful candidate will employ engineering principles to solve production challenges, improve safety protocols, and lead projects aimed at process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Identify inefficiencies in production workflows and propose solutions.
• Participate in project planning and execution.
• Perform root cause analysis for process failures.
• Carry out data analysis to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with quality assurance to streamline quality control processes.
• Enhance manufacturing documentation and reporting.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns in best practices.
• Review production schedules and align resources effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing environments
