Responsibilities

• Conduct structural analysis utilizing advanced software tools.
• Evaluate ongoing projects for compliance with engineering standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices.
• Prepare project proposals and cost estimates for clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering
• Master's in Structural Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a track record of successful project delivery

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis
• Reinforced Concrete Design

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Time Management

Certifications

• Structural Engineering Certifications from SAICE or similar
• ISO 9001 Certified Auditor

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in seismic design: Knowledge of design considerations for earthquake-resistant structures.
• Familiarity with structural health monitoring systems: Experience implementing monitoring systems to assess structural integrity.
