Pharmacist

Job Description

As a Pharmacist at Pharmacy Solutions, you will play a key role in patient care by dispensing medication and providing drug-related information to patients. You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure effective medication management and adherence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medication therapy management services for patients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Advanced training in Clinical Pharmacy is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting
