As an Investment Banking Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our investment banking team throughout the transaction lifecycle. Key responsibilities include conducting financial analysis, preparing presentation materials, and assisting with due diligence processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and modelling to support transactions.
• Prepare comprehensive presentation materials for client meetings.
• Assist in due diligence processes and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Perform market research and financial benchmarking.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate potential deals.
• Support senior bankers in the execution of mergers and acquisitions.
• Liaise with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
• Identify valuation techniques and financial metrics appropriate for deals.
• Contribute to the preparation of pitch books and market updates.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• MBA is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking or financial analysis
