Responsibilities

• Manage help desk tickets and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with network engineers to resolve connectivity issues.
• Support remote users with IT needs.
• Assist in the management of cybersecurity protocols.

• Help develop and implement IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science
• IT-related certifications preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience

• Mac OS
• Virtualization technologies

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
