Job Description

Join our team as a Healthcare Administrator, where you'll oversee essential administrative functions that support our healthcare delivery. You'll work closely with medical staff to maintain efficient workflows, ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations, and assist with patient management systems to streamline operations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely patient data entry into electronic medical records.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient workflow.
  • Maintain communication with patients regarding their appointments and healthcare queries.
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives in administrative practices.
  • Oversee compliance audits and report findings to management.
  • Facilitate staff meetings to discuss operational objectives.
  • Support the implementation of new healthcare initiatives.
  • Review administrative procedures for efficiency.
  • Initiate training programs for new administrative employees.
  • Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and implement feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years in healthcare administration or management role
