Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our Johannesburg team. The successful candidate will handle a variety of technical support tasks, ensuring seamless IT operations and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Address and resolve user support requests efficiently.
  • Oversee the setup and deployment of new workstations and laptops.
  • Ensure updates and patches are applied to systems regularly.
  • Conduct troubleshooting sessions for both hardware and software.
  • Document solutions and share knowledge with the team.
  • Assist in maintaining IT security compliance and monitoring.
  • Support remote users with technical difficulties.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Information Technology or related field
  • ITIL Certification is an added advantage
Experience
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in IT support
