Responsibilities
Address and resolve user support requests efficiently.
Oversee the setup and deployment of new workstations and laptops.
Ensure updates and patches are applied to systems regularly.
Conduct troubleshooting sessions for both hardware and software.
Document solutions and share knowledge with the team.
Assist in maintaining IT security compliance and monitoring.
Support remote users with technical difficulties.
Requirements
Education
Degree in Information Technology or related field
ITIL Certification is an added advantage

2-4 years of hands-on experience in IT support
