General Engineer

We are searching for a skilled General Engineer to join our vibrant team in Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and execution of engineering projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs. This role requires strong analytical skills and a passion for engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine project objectives.
• Utilize CAD software to create detailed engineering plans.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
• Review and approve work completed by engineering assistants and junior engineers.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Engineering is advantageous

Experience

• 5 years of experience in engineering design and project management
