Penetration Tester

Job Description

Join us as a Penetration Tester responsible for evaluating the security of our networked systems. You will perform comprehensive vulnerability assessments, conduct simulated attacks, and analyze results to identify potential risks. If you have expertise in security tools, threat modeling, and hacking techniques, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Perform vulnerability assessments and analyze results.
• Develop testing tools and methodologies for enhanced security analysis.
• Engage in continuous learning to maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity.
• Conduct social engineering testing to assess human factors in security.
• Work with compliance teams to ensure adherence to security standards.
• Prepare formal reports for management, detailing findings and remediation.
• Advise on penetration testing scope and testing methods.
• Participate in security audits and risk assessments.
• Review and test security measures implemented by the team.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and management regarding security issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology or related field
• Master's degree or equivalent experience is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in the field of cybersecurity and penetration testing

Certifications

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

Languages

• Experience with SIEM tools: Hands-on experience with Security Information and Event Management tools.
