Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on identifying and implementing continuous improvement processes to enhance efficiency and quality in our operations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify areas for improvement and develop a structured approach to achieve targets
  • Facilitate workshops to promote continuous improvement culture
  • Create and implement standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to assess process improvements
  • Collect and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Report on performance metrics to management to inform decision-making
  • Ensure all processes align with environmental and safety regulations
  • Assist in budgeting for continuous improvement projects
  • Participate in audit and compliance activities
  • Support team members in achieving project goals through effective communication

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • Master's degree in Operations Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years in continuous improvement roles, preferably in manufacturing

Languages
  • English: Fluent
