Job Description

As a Gambling Dealer, you will be pivotal in managing and operating casino games involving dice. Your role ensures that games are conducted smoothly and fairly while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct dice games, ensuring fair play and adherence to rules.
• Maintain an engaging atmosphere for all players.
• Facilitate communication with players to explain rules and resolve disputes.
• Handle payouts and cash transactions efficiently.
• Report any irregularities or issues to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain gaming equipment and ensure it is in optimal condition.
• Train new team members on game procedures and customer service standards.
• Support other gaming team members as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with new gaming regulations and operational procedures.
• Participate in promotional activities and events.

Requirements

Education

• High School Certificate
• Diploma in Gaming Management or similar is a plus

Experience

• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
