Job Description

We seek an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales efforts in Johannesburg. This role involves managing the e-commerce platform, overseeing marketing strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will coordinate with various teams to drive traffic and optimize conversions, aiming to enhance user experience and sales outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day e-commerce operations to maximize sales opportunities.
• Establish performance metrics to measure efficacy of online campaigns.
• Evaluate and optimize product listings to improve SEO and conversion rates.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product development, and support teams.
• Manage budget for e-commerce operations, monitoring ROI.
• Implement innovative e-commerce technologies to enhance performance.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform marketing strategies.
• Report on e-commerce performance, highlighting gains and areas for improvement.
• Lead meetings to disseminate insights and drive team objectives.
• Ensure effective inventory management integrated with e-commerce platforms.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing
