Job Description

Looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to enhance our operations in Port Elizabeth. Your responsibilities will include coordinating deliveries, managing inventory levels, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. A proactive approach and strong logistics knowledge are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily logistics operations, ensuring efficiency.
• Manage documentation and compliance on shipments.
• Lead logistics-related projects to improve service delivery.
• Conduct regular audits and analyses of logistics processes.
• Train and mentor junior logistics staff.
• Utilize logistics software for tracking and reporting.
• Participate in negotiations with freight carriers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Logistics Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience preferred

Certifications

• APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)
