We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our finance team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. You will support financial decision-making through detailed analysis and reporting of financial performance, helping to drive strategic initiatives and improve financial health.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning initiatives to drive long-term growth.
• Conduct scenario analysis to assess risks and opportunities.
• Develop business cases for investment proposals.
• Analyze operational metrics and their impact on financial outcomes.
• Prepare for audits by ensuring financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate on financial strategy with senior management.
• Identify cost control opportunities to enhance profitability.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management
• Master's degree or professional certifications are preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant financial analysis experience

• SQL
