• Mentor junior QA team members.
• Perform risk assessments and impact analyses.
• Monitor and report testing progress and outcomes.
• Understand and apply software engineering and testing best practices.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in QA testing

Technical Skills

• Performance Testing
• Mobile Testing

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Agile methodology: Familiarity with Agile practices and the software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as TestRail: Experience using TestRail or similar tools for test case management.
