Responsibilities

• Respond to helpdesk tickets and provide remote assistance as needed.
• Ensure all issues are logged and tracked effectively.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Participate in the development of support documentation.
• Conduct training sessions for users on new technologies.
• Follow-up with users to ensure issues are resolved.
• Manage escalated issues with senior IT staff.
• Keep current with the latest technology trends and solutions.
• Provide recommendations for service improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• ITIL Foundation certification is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years in IT helpdesk or technical support
