Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee our logistics operations in Cape Town. The role involves managing the entire supply chain process, from sourcing to distribution, and optimizing operational efficiencies to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain management for all products and services.
• Utilize data analytics to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
• Ensure that all supply chain operations are smooth and efficient.
• Facilitate training and mentoring for team members to enhance skills.
• Collaborate with external partners to align supply chain strategies.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve logistics capabilities.
• Respond to supply chain disruptions and implement contingency plans.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years management experience in supply chain and logistics operations
