Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our Durban team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all IT systems are operational. You will work closely with the support team to maintain our infrastructure and assist end-users with their IT needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line support for all IT-related queries.
• Install and configure hardware, software, and network systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly.
• Maintain IT inventory and update technical documentation.
• Assist in network maintenance and security.
• Collaborate with other IT staff on projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a similar IT support role

Certifications

• Net+ Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Cloud Services: Familiarity with cloud computing services, especially Microsoft Azure or AWS.
