Job Description

As an Accountant at our firm, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations. Your responsibilities will include preparing reports, managing budgets, and performing audits. We are looking for a qualified professional who is proactive, analytical, and ready to tackle financial challenges.

Responsibilities

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely payments to suppliers and other creditors.
• Coordinate tax filing and compliance activities.
• Provide input on financial planning and budgeting procedures.
• Review financial information for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with cash flow forecasts and treasury functions.
• Collaborate with auditors during financial examinations.
• Maintain financial systems and improve processes as needed.
• Advise on cost control measures and operating efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CA(SA) certified will be advantageous

Experience

• 2-4 years of accounting experience
