• Mentor junior engineering staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop and implement project schedules and timelines.
• Assist in tenders and project proposals.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in structural design and project management

Technical Skills

• Project Management Software

Certifications

• Chartered Engineer

Languages

• English: Fluent
