Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Cybersecurity Specialist to enhance our security posture. You will be responsible for monitoring systems for security breaches, advising on security best practices, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Strong understanding of network security and threat analysis is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform threat modeling and risk analysis on new projects.
• Maintain firewall and security monitoring tools.
• Assist in the development of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Conduct security audits and risk assessments.
• Monitor compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulations.
• Engage in public speaking on cybersecurity topics to promote awareness.
• Work closely with vendors to assess security products and services.
• Document processes and procedures for security operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Relevant certifications in cybersecurity (e.g. CISSP, CISM)

Experience

• 5+ years in network security and incident response
