This role involves driving online sales, developing strategic marketing plans, and optimizing the customer journey across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for e-commerce and a proven track record in digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the e-commerce operation, including inventory and fulfillment.
• Implement SEO best practices to optimize website visibility.
• Develop partnerships with external vendors for e-commerce solutions.
• Regularly review and update the website with new products and promotions.
• Facilitate continuous improvement in the customer experience through feedback.
• Prepare reports on sales performance and market analysis for management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing

Technical Skills

• E-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce)
• Digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads)
