Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret psychological tests and tools.
• Design and implement treatment plans based on best practices.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
• Liaise with families and caregivers to provide support and resources.
• Advocate for clients’ psychological health in relevant contexts.

Requirements

Education

• Doctorate in Psychology is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years in a clinical environment

Technical Skills

• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Trauma-informed Care

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans: Ability to provide services in both languages is preferred.
• Experience working with diverse cultural backgrounds: Experience in providing psychological support to clients from various cultural contexts.
