Job Description

We are on the hunt for an Investment Banking Associate in Cape Town. You will play a key role in executing financial transactions, providing support in the valuation of companies, and engaging with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial modeling and assist in transaction structuring.
• Prepare client presentations and research reports.
• Conduct thorough analysis of competing transactions and market conditions.
• Support project management of deals in the pipeline.
• Conduct due diligence and analysis to assess risks involved in transactions.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards throughout the transaction process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
• Certification in Financial Analysis is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking or consulting

Languages
