Job Description

We are seeking a talented Mechanical Drafter to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing detailed technical drawings for automotive components, collaborating closely with engineers to ensure design feasibility and adherence to industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop technical drawings for various automotive projects.
• Utilize CAD software to produce high-quality designs quickly and accurately.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify design challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Update and maintain project documentation and design files.
• Ensure timely completion of all drafting tasks in line with project schedules.
• Assist in creating prototypes based on design specifications.
• Conduct research to support design choices and innovations.
• Participate in training and mentoring junior drafters on best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Certification in CAD software is highly advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive design and drafting.

• AutoCAD

Languages

• English: Fluent
