Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Mosaic Layer to join our creative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating intricate mosaic designs using a variety of materials and techniques, ensuring each project meets artistic and client specifications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement unique mosaic layouts.
• Utilize a variety of materials, including ceramic, glass, and stone.
• Measure spaces accurately for material fitting.
• Install mosaics onsite, ensuring high craftsmanship.
• Engage with clients to understand their vision.
• Ensure all materials are sourced ethically and sustainably.
• Conduct site visits to assess project needs.
• Document project phases and keep track of supplies.
• Provide input on design modifications as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Technical qualification in Art, Design or Architecture preferred
• Experience with CAD tools is a plus

Experience

• Experience working on both residential and commercial projects is preferred.
