UX Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our Durban team. The selected candidate will play a critical role in translating user needs into effective and engaging interactive designs. Responsibilities

• Work with product managers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction.
• Utilize design thinking methodologies to solve user experience problems.
• Create user journey maps and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate user testing sessions and analyze results to inform design iterations.
• Ensure UI designs are aligned with the latest design trends and best practices.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.

Advantageous

• Knowledge of design systems: Experience in working with or creating design systems.
• Experience in agile methodologies: Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.
