Responsibilities

• Evaluate cell samples and prepare comprehensive findings.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance laboratory efficiency.
• Provide support in the development and validation of new assays.
• Manage laboratory stock and ensure proper inventory control.
• Engage in interdepartmental communication for comprehensive patient care.
• Lead quality assurance initiatives within the laboratory.
• Assist with regulatory compliance in laboratory practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or a relevant field
• Master's degree in Microbiology or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in microbiology or related field

Technical Skills

• Flow Cytometry
• Molecular biology techniques

Certifications

• Certified Clinical Microbiologist (CCM)
• Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) Certification
