Responsibilities

• Create detailed production plans based on demand forecasts and resource availability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to incorporate new processes into production planning.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Analyze and report on production metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Assist in budgeting and cost management for production operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in production planning or supply chain management
