Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous Correspondence Clerk to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and sorting incoming correspondence, ensuring that all communications are directed to the appropriate departments efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and track all correspondence, ensuring confidentiality as required.
  • Work with different teams to ensure responses to correspondence are timely and accurate.
  • Contribute to improving correspondence handling procedures.
  • Provide general office support including filing and documentation.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant certifications in office management are a plus
Experience
  • 2-4 years of administrative support experience
