IT Support Technician

Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and providing support to users in Port Elizabeth. You will troubleshoot software and hardware issues, manage networks, and assist clients with technical inquiries, contributing to their overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Administer user accounts and permissions across company systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on hardware and software.
• Install and configure network devices, including routers and switches.
• Develop training materials and provide workshops as necessary.
• Assist in budget planning and inventory management for IT resources.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in IT or related field
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years in IT support or relevant field
