Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and providing support to users in Port Elizabeth. You will troubleshoot software and hardware issues, manage networks, and assist clients with technical inquiries, contributing to their overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, and in person.
• Train users on new technologies, systems, and tools.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in IT or related field
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years in IT support or relevant field
