Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
• Create and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
• Lead project team meetings and provide direction.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement among project teams.
• Manage procurement of external vendors and resources for projects.
• Generate reports to communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in project delivery.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• PMP certification is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management roles
