Responsibilities

• Lead projects for risk assessment and model building.
• Communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-actuarial audiences.
• Review actuarial procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee the audit process and approval of actuarial reports.
• Identify key performance indicators for tracking risk performance.
• Engage in peer review of actuarial work for quality assurance.
• Assist in regulatory filings and reporting.
• Act as primary contact for regulatory bodies regarding actuarial assumptions.
• Develop training materials for the actuarial team.
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in the actuarial space.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or Mathematics
• Master's degree or relevant professional certifications are highly regarded

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant actuarial experience is a plus
