We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our production processes in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operational management, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to quality standards. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance operational workflows and implement best practices that drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the production processes to achieve operational goals.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures.
• Analyze production data to make informed decisions.
• Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Prepare reports on production metrics and present to upper management.
• Collaborate with HR in training and development of staff.
• Manage workforce scheduling to ensure optimal staffing.
• Act as a liaison between upper management and production teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in production management
