• Produce high-quality technical documentation for a range of audiences.
• Utilize tools like Markdown and Confluence for documentation creation and management.
• Facilitate feedback sessions to improve documentation and gather user insights.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
• Implement user feedback to enhance documentation usability.
• Document procedures and policies within the organization for internal use.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years in a similar role, preferably in a technical environment

Technical Skills

• API Documentation
• Graphic Design Tools

• Organizational Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Agile methodologies: Familiarity with Agile working environments and documentation practices.
