Responsibilities

  • Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience for guests.
  • Answer phone calls and manage guest inquiries effectively.
  • Oversee bookings and cancellations, ensuring prompt updates.
  • Assist guests with luggage and provide information as needed.
  • Resolve complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with housekeeping and management.
  • Handle administrative duties like filing and invoicing.
  • Stay informed about local attractions and events to assist guests.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Hospitality Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a hotel or customer service environment
