Job Description

We are seeking a Healthcare Administrator to manage the daily operations of our healthcare facility in Pretoria. This role involves coordinating administrative tasks, implementing healthcare policies, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare systems and a passion for enhancing patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all front-office activities, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance patient care experience through administrative improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and quality assurance measures.
  • Assist with hiring and training of administrative support staff.
  • Participate in strategic planning and operational meetings.
  • Monitor administrative budget and expenses, reporting monthly to leadership.
  • Implement and oversee patient record management systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is preferred
