Interior Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a creative Interior Designer to create and implement design plans for residential and commercial projects in Bloemfontein. Your role will require collaboration with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure successful project execution while adhering to budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to establish design objectives and budgetary constraints.
• Prepare detailed design drawings, layouts, and specifications.
• Organize and conduct client presentations, incorporating feedback.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring each meets quality standards.
• Source furniture, fabrics, and materials from suppliers and vendors.
• Document project progress and maintain organized project files.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors.
• Utilize design software to create compelling visual presentations.
• Assist in the procurement and management of project materials.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Professional design certification preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in interior design
