Job Description

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes for efficiency improvements.
• Develop methodologies to assess production performance.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Collaborate with production teams to enhance workflow.
• Establish and maintain process documentation.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Train staff on process improvements and best practices.
• Assist in cost analysis to identify savings opportunities.
• Design and implement new systems and processes as necessary.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of production methods and processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing roles
