Job Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and manage warehouse staff to achieve high productivity levels.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding health and safety.
  • Manage daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory control and distribution.
  • Coordinate training sessions for staff on new processes and technologies.
  • Assist in developing strategies for improving warehouse operations.
Job Requirements
  • Matric (Grade 12) required
  • Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred
  • Inventory Management Proficient in managing inventory systems and processes.
  • Logistics Coordination Expertise in coordinating logistics and supply chain activities.
  • Leadership Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • Problem-solving Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • English (Fluent)
  • Afrikaans (Conversational)
Advantageous
  • Experience with SAP or similar WMS: Knowledge of warehouse management software to streamline operations.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards: Understanding of ISO standards relevant to warehouse management.
