Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Research curriculum trends and best practices to inform development.
  • Regularly review and enhance existing materials for quality improvement.
  • Conduct workshops and training for teachers on curriculum delivery.
  • Design and implement evaluation strategies for curriculum efficacy.
  • Gather continuous feedback from stakeholders for ongoing curriculum refinement.
  • Integrate modern teaching methods and technology in curriculum design.
  • Ensure curriculum meets the diverse needs of all learners.
  • Maintain documentation of curriculum development processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or Curriculum Development
  • Master's degree in Education is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in curriculum design or instructional development
