Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving IT systems, troubleshooting issues, and providing high-level support to our internal teams. Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
• Assist in the configuration of network devices.
• Perform system troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Support the IT team in implementing new technologies.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Engage with users to understand and resolve issues.
• Participate in the development of IT strategy.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies to improve systems.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of hands-on IT support experience

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
