• Conduct experiments and analyse the results to inform strategy.
• Guide the development of data infrastructure to support analytics.
• Mentor junior data analysts and help develop their skills.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
• Design and implement data-driven solutions for business challenges.
• Participate in regular data quality checks and audits.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Master's degree in Data Science preferred

Experience

• 4+ years in data science or analytics roles
