We seek a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Tax Consultant to join our Pretoria team. In this role, you will assist clients with tax planning and compliance, ensuring adherence to local and national tax regulations. You will manage a portfolio of clients, providing expert advice on tax strategies to optimize tax liabilities. Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on tax compliance and planning.
• Conduct detailed tax analysis and prepare reports.
• Prepare and submit tax returns on behalf of clients.
• Assist clients with tax audits and disputes.
• Educate clients on tax-saving opportunities.
• Review accounting records to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in tax services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Honours in Taxation or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in taxation roles

• Income Tax Act Knowledge

Certifications

• CFA Charterholder
• Tax Practitioner Registration

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
