Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing IT support needs.
  • Perform regular system updates and backups.
  • Implement security measures to protect IT infrastructure.
  • Assist in the management of inventory for IT equipment and software.
  • Document and track issues through a ticketing system.
  • Participate in IT meetings and contribute to team improvements.
  • Train users on best practices for software and hardware usage.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple tasks.
  • Assist with troubleshooting remote work setups as needed.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for technical support when necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT or related field
  • Degree in Computer Science is an advantage.
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a support role
